Rules of visiting the Shambala Casino

  • 1 General Provisions

    1.1 These rules of visiting the casino " Shambala" (hereinafter - Regulations), located at 73 k.5, Muravyinaya Bay, Primorsky region (hereinafter - Casino), establish the order of visiting the Casino and are aimed to ensure public order at the Casino, to protect the life and health, dignity, honor and property of its visitors, as well as the interests and property of the Casino from unlawful infringements.

    1.2 Visitors to the Casino are gamblers, and other persons, whose access to the Casino is not prohibited by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and these Rules, who are located in the Casino (in the area served by the participants of the games).

    1.3. These Rules are binding on the territory of the Casino, as well as the surrounding area, and must be complied with by all visitors to the Casino.

    1.4 The Administration of the Casino is entitled to make changes to the Rules in order to improve the quality of services and increase the efficiency of the Casino.

    1.5 The Administration of the Casino may, at its sole discretion, close (or restrict) certain areas and/or areas in the Casino.

    1.6 By entering the games service area of the Casino, the visitor acknowledges that he has familiarized himself with:

    - Personal Data Protection Policy.

    - Fire Safety Regulations

    - Other documents approved by the Administration of the Casino and made available to the public and agree to comply with them.

    2 Clothing requirements for visitors to the Casino (dress code)

    2.1 Entry and presence in the Casino is prohibited to persons wearing:

    2.1.2. athletic clothing and footwear (including clothing and footwear for skiing), with the exception of sneakers, sneakers, tennis shoes;

    2.1.4. beachwear and footwear (including shorts and bathing suits);

    2.1.5. military field uniform;

    2.1.6. clothing with offensive/insulting inscriptions and drawings (including in foreign languages);



    2.1.7. clothing with inscriptions and drawings (including in foreign languages) aimed at inciting hatred or hostility, as well as degrading a person or a group of people on the basis of sex, race, nationality, language, origin, attitude towards religion, as well as belonging to any social group.

    2.2 Entry and stay at the Casino is prohibited to persons who violate generally accepted standards of morality, morality and ethics by their appearance and actions.

    2.3 The Management of the Casino may impose special clothing requirements for visitors to the Casino in accordance with the ongoing event.

    3. Restrictions on attendance

    Visiting the Casino's games service areas is prohibited:

    3.1. Persons under the age of 18.

    3.2 Persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other intoxicating substances or any other condition that does not suggest an adequate perception of reality.

    Persons with animals, birds, reptiles, reptiles and other species, and objects of wildlife (except guide dogs (muzzle and guide dog passport required), accompanying visitors with disabilities). 3.4.

    3.4 Persons with visual signs that suggest the presence of infectious diseases.

    3.5 Persons who have clearly visible signs of mental behavior deviation from normal human behavior.

    3.6 Persons on the list of persons refused entry to the Casino.

    The Management of the Casino and its representatives have the right to refuse any other person to visit the Casino without giving any reason for such refusal.

    4. Rights of visitors to the Casino

    4.1 Visitors to the Casino have the right to use public catering, etc. and to attend entertainment events related to gambling.

    4.2 Only gambling games defined by the administration of the Casino in the Gambling Rules are allowed on the territory of the Casino.

    4.3 Visitors to the Casino have the right to seek clarification of situations related to the emergence of disputed gaming issues, to the employees of the Casino, located in the premises of the Casino.

    4.4 Employees of law enforcement (supervisory) authorities are admitted to the territory of the Casino in accordance with the procedure established by applicable law.

    4.5 Ambulances, emergency crews and fire brigades, which have arrived to provide assistance, shall be allowed to enter the territory of the Casino in accompaniment of security personnel.

    4.6 Visitors to the Casino are entitled to take film, photo and video recordings of themselves, including with mobile devices with the function of photo and video recording in the premises of the Casino. Filming, photographing and videotaping other visitors and employees of the Casino is permitted only at their request. Filming of the gaming equipment, as well as other visitors of the Casino during the game is prohibited.

    5. Obligations of visitors to the Casino

    Visitors to the Casino are obliged to comply with the following provisions:

    5.1 Visitors to the Casino are obliged to read these Rules, as well as the existing gambling rules at the Casino, the Rules for accepting bets and payment of winnings before registering. The Visitor who does not agree with the requirements of the Casino staff, is obliged to fulfill them properly.

    5.2 The visitor is obliged to have an identity document. In accordance with the rules of visiting the Casino, the documents proving the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation, are:

    - General civil passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation;

    - Residence permit (for stateless persons, if they are permanent residents of the Russian Federation).

    For a foreign citizen, the identification document is a passport of a foreign citizen with the obligatory attachment of a migration card.

    The driver's license will not be accepted by the Casino as an identity document of the visitor

    5.3 When visiting the Casino, the visitor must present the main identity document, proof of identity of the Russian citizen or a foreign citizen and confirming that he/she has reached the legal age for visiting the Casino. The data of the document shall be recorded in the visitor's card.

    5.4 The visitor card is not an identity document. At the request of the employee of the Casino, the visitor is obliged, in addition to the visitor card, to provide a document proving his identity and his age, as established by these rules.

    5.5 To play gambling games in compliance with the "Gambling Rules" in force at the Casino.

    5.6 The visitor of the Casino is not entitled to play/make bets for another visitor, to enter the game without personal presence in the service area of the participants of the games.

    5.7. Visitors to the Casino may not unlawfully take possession of chips from other players, including the transfer/sale of chips to another player.

    5.8 Observe these Rules and the generally accepted rules of social behavior, morality, ethics.

    5.9. behave correctly, with restraint, not to violate public order, norms of morality, morality and ethics, not to allow foul language.

    5.10. Not to perform actions that disrupt the peace and rest of other visitors.

    5.11. Keep the Casino clean and orderly.

    5.12. Read and follow the Fire Safety Regulations when entering the Casino.

    5.13. To unfailingly comply with the demands of the Casino's security personnel to eliminate violations of the order of stay in the Casino.

    5.14. At the entrance to the Casino, the visitor must be checked and, at the request of the security personnel, open his or her bag, briefcase, etc. If the employee of the Casino fails to comply with the above request, the employee of the Casino has the right to deny the visitor access to the Casino.

    5.15. In accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of 07.08.2001 No. 115-FZ "On counteraction to legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime and financing of terrorism", if the data in the identification documents has been changed, namely

    - surname, first name, and patronymic (unless otherwise derived from the law or national custom);

    - nationality;

    - details of the identity document: name, series and number of the document, date of issue of the document, name of the issuing authority, subdivision code (if available)

    - Data of the migration card: series, card number, date of beginning of the period of stay and date of expiry of the period of stay;

    - data of the document confirming the right of a foreign citizen or stateless person to stay (residence) in the Russian Federation: the series (if any) and number of the document, the date of beginning of the period of stay (residence), the date of expiry of the right of stay (residence);

    - information (address) on registration at the place of residence and on the actual place of residence (place of stay),

    the visitor at the next visit to the Casino is obliged to inform the Reception Service to update the information.

    5.16. A visitor who has found a lost thing on the casino premises is obliged to immediately notify the person who has lost it, or the owner of the thing, or any other person known to him/her who has the right to receive it, and to return the found thing to this person. If it is impossible to identify the owner of the lost thing, it must be handed over to the Administration of the Casino.

    6. Visitors are not allowed:

    6.1 Violate the "Gambling Rules" in force at the Casino.

    6.2 Damage or otherwise impair the property of the Casino.

    6.3. enter and stay in the Casino's service area (with the exception of employees of law enforcement, supervisory and controlling authorities in the performance of their official duties).

    6.4 Engage in contact with the staff of the Casino outside the gaming process, with the exception of persons whose duties include communication with visitors (Administration of the Casino, security officers, managers and administrators of the Casino).

    6.5 Prevent the service personnel of the Casino from performing their official duties.

    6.6 Smoking is prohibited in the Casino in accordance with the current legislation.

    Decisions on all situations related to visiting and staying at the Casino are made by the Administration of the Casino in accordance with these Rules and the Rules of Gambling adopted by the Casino.

    7. Items which may not be brought onto the Casino premises

    7.1 Any firearm, pneumatic, gas, cold steel or other weapons, regardless of legal documents, protective equipment of any type (except law enforcement officers who are on duty at the casino) or other items that, according to the Casino security officers, may cause damage to staff or visitors to the Casino.

    7.2 Any type of narcotic, poisonous, explosive, radioactive, flammable, combustible, flammable, toxic and strong-smelling substances.

    Replicas and mock-ups of firearms, gas, traumatic and edged weapons. 7.4.

    Large-sized items (bulky luggage, suitcases, backpacks, sports equipment, etc.).

    7.5 Photo and video equipment, laptops, portable personal computers, electronic scanning and reading devices, other equipment, the purpose of which cannot be determined by its external signs.

    7.6. playing cards, dice and other accessories for gambling games conducted in the Casino.

    7.7 Strongly smelling substances (hair spray can, gas can, deodorant, etc.).

    7.8 Alcoholic, non-alcoholic and any other drinks, foodstuffs.

    Persons in possession of any type of items that are prohibited to bring into the territory of the Casino in accordance with these Rules, visiting the Casino, as well as being on the territory of the Casino is prohibited.

    If necessary, information about persons who have not been authorized to bring prohibited items to the territory of the Casino and detained by employees of the Casino, will be transferred to law enforcement authorities.

    8. Liability of visitors to the Casino

    8.1. If visitors to the Casino commit illegal actions that contain signs of administrative or criminal offenses, the staff of the Casino transmits the information to law enforcement authorities in order to bring them to appropriate responsibility. The security officers of the Casino are entitled to take statutory measures to suppress the offence and detain the offender.

    8.2 In case of damage or other deterioration of its property, the Casino has the right to demand from the guilty party (-s) full compensation for losses in accordance with the current civil legislation of the Russian Federation.

    9. Rights and Obligations of Casino Employees

    9.1 If any situation arises at the premises of the customer which requires the intervention of the Casino's security staff, the security staff may take action within the limits of necessary and absolute necessity.

    9.2 An employee of the Casino has the right to require any visitor who violates these Rules to immediately leave the premises of the Casino and the adjacent service area. If the offender refuses to do so, he or she may be subject to enforcement measures aimed at expelling him or her from the Casino and the surrounding area.

    9.3 The Casino is not responsible for the safety of personal belongings of visitors left unattended on the Casino premises.

    9.4 Personal belongings deposited by visitors to the Casino will only be released to the checkroom upon presentation of a license plate. If it is lost, only in the presence of a representative of the Administration of the Casino, upon presentation of documents certifying the identity of the visitor to the Casino, as well as a description of the items.

    9.5 Forgotten personal belongings shall be registered and stored at the Casino in accordance with the norms of current legislation.

    9.6 The Casino is not responsible for the clothes deposited in the checkroom, as well as the money, jewelry and other items in them.

    9.7 The Management of the Casino may maintain a list of persons who are not permitted access to the Casino. Persons included in the aforementioned list may include persons who have been removed from the Casino for violation of these Regulations, or persons included in similar lists in other gambling businesses. The persons included in the list will not be permitted access to the Casino or its enclosed property.

    10. Information Notices

    10.1 Video and audio recording will be made at the Casino in order to ensure the safety and security of visitors and staff.

    10.2 All personal information about the visitors is stored and used by the administration of the Casino in the manner prescribed by law. This information may be used to prevent the commission of offenses and for other legitimate purposes (including informing customers about events and services of the Casino by mail, e-mail, telephone or text messages).

    10.3 The Administration of the Casino warns of the dangers of excessive gambling and encourages guests to play responsibly.

    In all other situations not covered by these rules, the final decision will be made by the Administration of the Casino.

    These rules have been developed in accordance with the civil legislation, the Federal Law of 29.12.2006 No. 244-FZ "On state regulation of the organization and holding of gambling and on Amendments to some legislative acts of the Russian Federation", the Federal Law of 07.08.2001 No. 115 (rev. 27.07.2006) "On counteraction to legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime and the financing of terrorism" and are obligatory for execution on the territory of the Casino.

    10.4 Unused bonus points automatically expire 6 months after they have been credited.

    11. Preventive measures against the spread of infectious diseases

    11.1 Visitors to the Casino are obliged to observe the following upon entry

    Hand treatment with antiseptic, installed at the entrance to the gambling establishments.

    To use their own disposable mask and disposable gloves if available.

    Use disposable mask and disposable gloves received from the Casino staff, in the absence of personal protective equipment.

    Undergo a non-contact thermometry procedure at the entrance to the Casino. If the patient has a body temperature higher than the norm of the WHO, he will not be admitted to the Casino.

    In case of refusal and failure to comply with these requirements for the prevention of the spread of infectious diseases, the visitor will not be admitted to the Casino.

    11.2 Visitors to the Casino are recommended to observe the following regulations when they are in the Casino:

    - Maintain a social distance of at least 1.5 meters.

    - Wash your hands often and treat them with antiseptic.

    - Use a disposable mask and disposable gloves.

    - Sneeze and cough into a disposable wipe. Throw away the wipe immediately after use. Change the disposable mask.

    - Avoid contact with people who show signs of SARS (sneezing, coughing).

    - If you feel unwell, you must leave the Casino immediately.
